shipping on all orders
within the contiguous
United States. Please
contact us to determine
if additional charges
apply for shipping to
Alaska and Hawaii.
Most of our products are
shipped from Colorado
within 48 hours after
receipt of order. In the
unusual case that your
item is not in stock,
you will be notified by
email of the expected
ship date.
Carriers
We ship almost
all of our packages via
FedEx. Sometimes, we do
ship packages USPS and
we will be happy to
quote you charges for
other shipping methods.
When ordering, please
make sure that you give
us
an accurate street
address that can be
delivered to. Delivery
quotes
are for business days
only. Although FedEx
will sometimes deliver
on Saturdays, do not
count those days in
quotes. The ship date is
not counted in air
quotes. For example, if
it ships 2nd Day Air on
Monday,
it should arrive on
Wednesday. Please see

FedEx map
for estimated
transit times.
Tracking
Information
You should receive a
tracking number via.
email within 24 hours
after your order ships.
Keep in mind, it some
carriers do not update
their tracking
information as often as
you may like.
International
Orders
We are happy to
offer international
shipping to most
countries. If the
address you provide is
recognized by the FedEx
or USPS system, we
will contact you via
email and provide you
with actual shipping
charges according to
commercial carrier rate
tables in the United
States. We,
at Elite Engineering, do
not know or have any
control over customs,
duty, brokerage fees, or
any other additional
fees that will be added
by government agencies
at time of delivery. We
have no way of knowing
what governments charge
citizens of other
countries beyond the
actual shipping charges
that we collect on our
own invoices according
to rate tables.
RETURNS
We hope you find
our products to be of
the utmost quality but
if you ever feel the
need to return a part
for refund, exchange, or
credit, please contact
us directly and we will
make any necessary
arrangements. Most
installation problems
can be resolved with a
telephone call. Unless
prior arrangements have
been made, the customer
is responsible for
shipping charges on all
return orders. Returns
will only be accepted
within 30 days of the
original date of
shipment.

not make any profits
from our shipping
charges. We reference
the carriers rate tables
for all shipping quotes
and
charge you actual rates.
Many times, we will
receive large-volume
discounts from FedEx,
which we pass on to you.
Shipping days are
