Designed to be our highest flowing Check Valve to date!
Fully Machined and Assembled in our shop using 6061-T6 Aluminum, and anodized BLUE or BLACK for a durable, corrosion-resistant anodic oxide finish.
This one-way aluminum check valve is used to allow flow in one direction but prevent flow in the opposite direction. The most common use is preventing fuel from returning to the tank after a pump is turned off, maintaining rail pressure, and as an addition to your Forced Induction or Turbocharged application. Another common use is as a vacuum line check valve to maintain accuracy of airflow measurement sensors or prevent pressure buildup.
Combined with our Elite Engineering Catch Can kits, we recommend our Check Valves to be installed on the Exit side of the Catch Can flowing AWAY from the Catch Can. Designed to open and close to always default to the strongest suction source at the time providing full time crankcase evacuation instead of only when not accelerating or at WOT when no vacuum is present
Our check valves can be used can be used with any Diesel, Oil, Water Coolant, Air, Gasoline, or other materials compatible with aluminum.
